This coffee stand right up the hill when you get off the ferry in Clinton needed some advertisement towards the highway as their actual stand isn’t this building, but a drive thru right behind this building. This building is used for storage of all the goodies you can get at the stand so they needed it to be covered for privacy and to bring in some customers going to and from the island.
